Today I received an invitation reminder from LinkedIn.com to link with my friend who recently shifted to US, Ajay Kumar. I had to reset my password to login on LinkedIn.com
Since I was reletively free I tried to link with my other friends who had left for US immediately after college. I searched for Jignesh Tanna and then for Vijay Pandit. I got a long list with many Jignesh Tanna and Vijay Pandits but I was able to find the correct Vijay Pandit I was looking for looking at hi details.
Immediately I sent him invite to join the network. To my surprise he responded immediately indicating that he's in mumbai and I can call him on his cell number.
I called him and discovered that he was staying very near to my office. I immediately invited him to my office and he did come within 30 minutes. We spent almot 2 hours taliking about old days and old friends. We talked about college days, about Sinha, Sandeep, Bhavesh, Jignesh, Mou, Vivek, Nagpure, Baghele, Rakhi, Jugnu, Bharti, Ram Roychoudhary...
It still feels like a dream. 18 year long period collapsed in seconds and we felt within the same that we were in those collage days.
